I am glad that I was able to do a couple posts last week about cesarean recovery, as well as cesarean awareness since it is really a huge issue. Not many people really know the depth of the cesarean epidemic that really is taking place in our country.

But now to the fun of another giveaway as I promised. To keep up the second blogaversary fun, I am going to keep the giveaway’s going until I don’t have anything left to giveaway!! I am going to list something that has been very important to me, as a cesarean mother, and a ICAN supporter, but something that is very important to mothers who have had a cesarean, or someone who works in a support position such as a doula, or midwife.

I will be listing a Earth Momma Angel Baby Cesarean Healing Kit!

I feel this is an important giveaway, especially as a cesarean mother myself because of the hurdles I have been through in the recovery of my two children. I know it is not easy, and this is a great resource.
Most do not realize how hard the recovery from a cesarean is, not only physically, but emotionally also. Especially for those of us who have worked very hard to avoid a surgical birth.
While this may not help with your emotional recovery… ICAN certainly can, which is why over the two + years since my first cesarean, I have not only become a chapter leader in an area with no ICAN chapter, but I have become the Regional Coordinator for the entire North East, from New York to Maine.
